Description

Who says magnetic knife racks have to be made of metal? Instead, store your special knives on one of these sophisticated wooden racks. You have the choice of either oak or walnut. Careful craftsmanship and 10 strong block magnets on the inside turn these magnetic bars into a kitchen feature. The knife racks are produced in a sheltered workshop in Switzerland. They make for a special gift that also supports a good cause.

One magnetic knife rack can hold a total of 10 knives. Each knife can weigh up to 500 g. Please note: The magnetic adhesion may not be strong enough for knives with a low iron content. Mounting the magnetic knife rack is quick and easy. First, install the included mounting strip. Next, carefully attach the knife rack to the mounting strip and that’s it, you are done. You can find the individual steps in the assembly instructions (PDF, in German). Because of the way it is mounted, there will be a slight gap of approx. 2-3 mm between the knife rack and the wall.

Please note: The knife rack made of oak can have so-called medullary rays, also known as pith rays. These are shiny or shimmering areas in the wood. This is not a sign of poor quality but a natural characteristic of wood.

Included in the delivery:
Magnetic wooden knife rack, wooden mounting strip, screws and wall plugs for wall mounting, assembly instructions (in German).
