This is a pocket emptier that can also be used as a sideboard. We built four of the same kind; only the type of wood varies and the position.
Since it is held up with magnets and shelf brackets, you can either arrange it with the large wave at the bottom ...
... or with the wave on top, which makes it really flexible.
Your flat block magnets were embedded in the wall bracket to hang it up on the wall. They were also used to keep the door closed. They are veneered and therefore not visible on the picture. They are in the door and on the glue on the side.
