Q-CDM50-G Block magnet 5 x 5 x 1,2 mm

• And here we have the ultimate CD-ROM model airplane engine do-it-yourself magnet! Due to high demand, we made this magnet a bit thicker (1,2 mm instead of 1,0 mm) and increased the magnetisation a bit (N50 instead of N48). Now we've reached the end of the line - it doesn't get stronger than this!

• Andreas Maier from Wiesloch built this engine with the Q-CDM50-G. Here is his commentary: "We used: Stator D 20mm, magnets 5x5x1,2 N50, air gap <0,1mm. This resulted in ~70% of 8000 u/min and 6,5-7 amps of the whole in stellate with 3lipos LS 8x4,3." Get it? Don't worry too much about it, if you don't: These details are even a bit secretive and confusing for those of us in the office at supermagnete! :-)
